Shipping policy

At Greenock Creek Wines, we take care to ensure your wines are packed securely and delivered in the best possible condition. Please review the information below regarding the processing, dispatch and delivery of orders placed through our website.

Australia-Wide Shipping

Greenock Creek Wines delivers to addresses across Australia, subject to Australia Post service availability and applicable liquor licensing requirements.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on Australian orders over $400.

For orders under $400, additional shipping charges will apply depending on the delivery location. The applicable shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout once the delivery address has been entered.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

We consolidate and dispatch orders with Australia Post at least once each week. Please note that processing time refers to the time required for us to prepare your order and is separate from Australia Post delivery transit times.

During busy periods, public holidays or special releases, processing and dispatch may take slightly longer.

Hot Weather Shipping

Wine is sensitive to extreme temperatures, and we want your order to arrive in the best possible condition.

During periods of hot or extreme weather, Greenock Creek Wines may temporarily hold an order and delay dispatch where we believe prolonged exposure to heat during transit may adversely affect the wine.

Orders held due to weather conditions will be dispatched once conditions are considered suitable for transport.

Australia Post Delivery & Tracking

All Greenock Creek Wines online orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, tracking information and subsequent delivery updates will be provided through Australia Post.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and Australia Post's delivery network. Regional and remote locations may require additional transit time.

Greenock Creek Wines cannot guarantee a specific Australia Post delivery date once an order has been dispatched.

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your parcel may have been lost in transit, please contact us at info@greenockcreekwines.com.au with your order number. We will assist with an Australia Post enquiry and work with you to resolve the issue.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery details provided when placing your order are complete and correct.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before dispatch; however, changes may not be possible once an order has been lodged with Australia Post.

Additional delivery charges may apply where an order needs to be redirected or resent due to incorrect delivery information supplied at the time of purchase.

Alcohol Delivery & Age Requirements

You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from Greenock Creek Wines.

Alcohol deliveries are subject to applicable liquor licensing requirements and Australia Post delivery conditions. Proof of age and identification may be required when receiving or collecting an alcohol delivery.

Please ensure that alcohol deliveries are addressed to an eligible adult recipient.
