This wine has been brooding in winemaker Alex Peel and viticulturalist Peter Ateyo’s head for a while now. We have always known that Apricot Block is an iconic sight, truly suited to Shiraz. It has for a long time been our fan favourite, always combining exotic fruits with earthy, mineral drive, making it a great cellaring option.
