Step into the winemaking process with a hands-on experience at Greenock Creek Wines.

Press your own 1kg of fermented Grenache using a basket press, then taste how different levels of pressings influence texture, tannin and structure. Choose your preferred balance and we’ll prepare your personalised blend for you to take home.

Your experience concludes with a guided Greenock Creek Cellar Door tasting.

Advance booking is required as the fermented Grenache is prepared specifically for each experience. Your personalised bottle is best enjoyed within a few days.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking time, including no-shows, are eligible for a 50% refund.
